T-Shirts For IAECs
To create an identity and a sense of unity and pride among IAEC members, the PA Narpani Pearavai mooted the idea of IAEC T-shirts. The yellow and blue-trimmed t-shirts were given free to all IAEC members initially in January 2006.
Narpani Pearavai distributed a second set of IAEC T-shirts to all IAECs in August 2007 to commemorate Narpani’s 30th anniversary. Another new set of T-shirts were distributed in 2009. IAEC members are strongly encouraged to wear them for Narpani events and activities.
Management Diaries
Another initiative which was well received by the Narpani members was the management diaries given out to all at the end of the year. These were functional and contain relevant information about the IAECs and Narpani Pearavai. They also helped promote the Narpani profile amongst members and others. The size of the latest version was reduced after feedback from IAEC members.
Narpani Pearavai has been distributing these diaries since 2007. Partner organizations and PA staff supporting the IAECs were also given copies of the diaries.
